September New Release Hop Day 2

Hi, Lil' Inker Friends! Fancy meeting you here! Today is Day 2 of our New Release Hop!

If you're just joining us today be sure and visit my Day 1 Post  as I talk about all the stamps and dies we're releasing this week.

Also, here is a video I created for you and you know I'm chatty. So, grab some coffee!

Here is another look at all of the stamps and dies we're releasing in store this week:

For today's projects I'll be focusing on our items that are more Fall-ish!

This project features our Stitched Pumpkin & Grateful Word Die Set. I turned this lovely pumpkin into a shaker and then adorned it with flowers from our Warm Welcome Stamp Set.
Here is a quick photo tutorial so you can see how I turned my pumpkin into  a shaker so that you can make one too! It's fun and easy!

First, die cut your pumpkin. Then, using the negative cut, add back in your die. You'll feel it snap perfectly into place like a puzzle piece. Then, trace around the die and then cut along your traced line to create your shaker frame. Easy peasy!

Here I featured  a sentiment from our new Reap A Harvest Stamps and decided to make a flower-filled pumpkin as the focal image. I used our Stitched Pumpkin & Grateful Word Die Set. You'll notice that the body of my pumpkin is also stitched. I used the stitched element from last year's Seen On Halloween Dies which fit this year's pumpkin almost perfectly. Isn't that great? My flowers are from our Fresh Cut Flowers Stamps and Die Set. Aren't they so pretty?!  Love this and I love how beautiful these sentiments are from the Reap A Harvest Stamps!

This card features our Reap A Harvest Dies and Stamps. Here I stamped, heat embossed and then die cut the images onto fall colored vellum which turned out so very nicely! Also featured here is our So Thankful Label Die and So Thankful Stamps together with our Quilted Stitched Spirals Die. I love how this turned out!

I had a couple of elements left over from my previou project and I couldn't let those lovely leaves go to waste so I filled a Clear Cone Treat Baggie with Candy Corn and using our new Tombstone Word Die I made a cute tag. Let me tell you, this little die is super versatile. It's the perfect size for a quick and easy tag because you don't have to add a lot to it to make it pretty. I'm actually inspired to bring you more tags in this size because I love this one so much!

Here I used our new Pumpkin & Flower Greetings Stamps to create this pretty lil' card. I enjoyed heat embsossing my image in gold and coloring with my Zig markers before die cutting with my coordinating Stitched Pumpkin & Grateful Word Die Set which is the perfectly sized pumpkin to cut out these images. Of course, my Quilted Stitched Pattern Die is featured in the background. You just can't go wrong with adding a little die cut texture to your clean and simple designs. This set is so lovely!!
